I really enjoyed my stay, especially when I found a lovely personal welcome card in my room and appreciated the complimentary coffee pods they provided. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it didn’t take away from my overall positive experience! 😊

We visited Granville Street and were amazed by its vibrant scene. From pubs to vintage shops, my family enjoyed the variety. The indoor pool was a hit after a full day of exploring, giving us a great spot to relax together. The espresso machine in our room was a nice perk too!
In my wife’s opinion, the sofa bed was uncomfortable and needs upgrading.

Had an awesome getaway with friends! We enjoyed exploring the buzzing Granville Street, checking out the pubs and boutique shops. Also loved visiting the Port of Vancouver where we watched the float planes. The pool area was clean, and it was nice having some cool touches like quality toiletries. Just a heads up, parking is pricey at $40/day.
One downside was the thin walls, which made it easy to hear guests in the hall. It wasn't a major issue for us, but light sleepers might find it distracting.

Great location and comfy stay
Had a decent stay for one night. The bed was really comfy and the room was clean. Loved how it was so close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, but I felt a bit ignored when asking about the breakfast options. Had in-room breakfast, and the coffee was great. Could've used more lighting in the room though.

The Deluxe King Room with Balcony was spacious, and the bed provided a wonderful night's sleep. Enjoying the complimentary apples and the filtered water stations added a refreshing touch. However, having to relocate to another room due to malfunctioning bathroom lights was inconvenient. Also, the lack of a mirror above the desk made getting ready a bit tricky. Overall, the amenities like the pool and hot tub were nice, but the room a tad pricey for the experience.
